• Approximate treatment time is 4 hours, however this will depend on your hair thickness and hair type. 
• Before your appointment it is important that you have not bleached your hair 2 weeks prior, tint/ dye is fine but it will fade. It is best to colour hair after treatment - within a week.
• You do not need to wash your hair prior to coming in for your appointment.
• Please be prepared that appointments are long and that the treatment cannot be rushed. 
• Light refreshments and snacks are offered during your treatment.
• Please do not tie your hair up for 24 hours as you will leave the salon with smooth straight hair.
• To get the most of your treatment, we suggest you buy our Anti Frizz shampoo & conditioner, Deep hydration hair mask and Leave in treatment.
• There is no down time - you can wash your hair the next day.
